Job Description
- Responsible for managing operation database.
- Inform HR with a new hiring, promotion and resignation and follow up with its implementation.
- Follow up with the HR department with any payroll problems such as ATM withdrawing, error in salaries, remittances...etc
- Receive things related to operation Like Labours ATM, Certificates, and Medical ID….etc.
- Search for a new training courses with the training centres when needed.
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
- Coordinate training schedule, accommodation for rig crews.
- Maintain employee training records.
- Review Purchasing Order regarding the training and medical service.
- Oversee and update all the Operation sheets.
- Follow up with the medical expiry and arrange for renewal medical check up.
- Scheduling and coordinating the meeting related to the Operation department.
- Responsible for revising monthly time sheet.
- Make salary slip for all labours rig.
- Follow up work permit issue ( new/ renew/ cancelation)
- Send SMS to Rigs Labors inform them with their monthly salary or bonus.
- Scan all the documents and requests related to the Operation department
