Job Description
360imaging is growing! We're looking for a senior technical recruiter to find and close talented computer scientists, engineers, researchers, and more. Our ideal member is a problem-solver, a people-connector, and a relationship-builder with a track record of success in growing technical teams. You'll develop, iterate on, and manage recruiting processes and systems from end-to-end; source, pitch, screen, and close top talent; partner closely with hiring managers across the organization; and get in on the ground floor of a growing, cutting-edge company.
Note: This is a remote working from home role.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruiting technical candidates from sourcing through close
- Partner closely our Founder, Team Leaders and Hiring Managers across Engineering, Product, management, research, and testing teams
- Work with our existing team to build process and implement best practices across hiring top talent in technical roles
- Keep our hiring bar high and be a talent consultant to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Help us improve and scale the candidate experience
Job Requirements
