Job Description
- Manage and audit student data in Power Campus, including registration records, Change Major, Withdrawal, drop semester and graduation eligibility.
- Working on a scheduling process through either Manual or Automatic process.
- Responds to enquiries or requests for information about registration procedures, documents, deadlines, and/or important dates, either directly or by email.
- Assistance with preparing the final exam schedule.
- Tracking prerequisites for each semester's courses.
- Developing the Academic Plan and processing graduation.
- Evaluating the specialization requirements and updating the system
- Updating the student record each semester and delivering reports that contain enrollment information and a follow-up plan for students who are not enrolled.
- Analyzing class schedules and student enrollment data to determine the best allocation of classrooms each semester.
- Review the eligibility requirements for the academic excellence award.
- Managing the student medical insurance process and ensuring timely submission of information to the finance team
- Collaborate with the IT department to optimize registration systems and platforms, identifying and addressing technical issues as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
3-5 years of experience in a higher education registration office or a related environment. - Experience working with student information systems (SIS) like Power Campus
- Experience with academic processes, including registration, change of major, withdrawals, and graduation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and administrators.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
