Job Description
- Contact clients and collect outstanding payments with keeping a balance between maintaining trustful relationships, and ensuring timely payments.
- Follow up on the collection and allocation of payments.
- Monitoring accounts to identify overdue payments
- Maintain up-to-date billing system.
- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Communicate with clients to ask about their overdue payments.
