Job Description

Our client is a Multinational Electronics Company and they're hiring Complaints Officer over the phone (OUTSOURCED)

  • Will be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
  • Manage the resolution of customer complaints, within given timescales.
  • Will be the first point of contact for all customer related issues.
  • Liaise with the Authorized Service Centers on a daily basis and report on the level of customer complaint resolutions.
  • Provide complaint trends and communicate lessons learnt to the Branch manager and Business
  • Ensure all policies and procedures relating to customer complaints are followed and are adhered to and documented within the branch.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Contact Center, preferably handling complaints.
  • Excellent English Language
  • Strong Communication Skills.
