Job Description
Our client is a Multinational Electronics Company and they're hiring Complaints Officer over the phone (OUTSOURCED)
- Will be an effective communicator and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the complaint process.
- Manage the resolution of customer complaints, within given timescales.
- Will be the first point of contact for all customer related issues.
- Liaise with the Authorized Service Centers on a daily basis and report on the level of customer complaint resolutions.
- Provide complaint trends and communicate lessons learnt to the Branch manager and Business
- Ensure all policies and procedures relating to customer complaints are followed and are adhered to and documented within the branch.
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a Contact Center, preferably handling complaints.
- Excellent English Language
- Strong Communication Skills.
