Job Description

Role PurposeActively monitoring, controlling all aspects of the Spare Parts Inventory activities.Job Accountabilities & Activities Monitoring and coordinating the spare parts order processes. Processing of overseas purchase orders through a systematic and timely manner to affect the cost cutting measures and reasonable delivery time. Keeping track of non-moving stocks and follow-up with concerned branches and generate reports of the same. Continuous machine population update and recommend/process initial stocking for new equipment models within the territory. Updating of electronic data and relevant inventory activities. Monitoring supplier payments with Finance. Attend supplier meetings to improve stock availability and pricing structure. Timely updating of Electronic Parts Catalogue Working on Connectivity with supplier’s on-line system. Develop and maintain good relationships with the suppliers for additional support and discountEducation & CertificationsMinimum High school qualificationRequired Years Of Experience1 to 3 years’ experience in inventory control or supply chain.
