Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the inventory, ensuring that office refreshments and cleaning supplies are properly stocked and organized
- Monitor inventory levels in real-time using app-based systems and prepare orders for shipment based on sales forecasts and customer demand
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect products for quality, and ensure correct quantities are recorded
- Assist in picking, packing, and preparing products for delivery to customers or for fulfillment via the app’s ordering system
- Track product expiration dates (if applicable) and implement stock rotation procedures (FIFO/LIFO)
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including receiving logs, stock counts, and product adjustments
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to manage order fulfillment and ensure timely deliveries to client offices and companies
- Conduct regular stock audits and work with management to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with product restocking based on client orders and app usage trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2–4 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics (preferably in a B2B or product distribution environment)
- Familiarity with app-based order systems and digital inventory tracking tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of inventory management best practices and stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory management software
- Ability to lift and move products (physical work may be involved)
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams
