Job Description

  • Responsible for building plan to effective growth in the sales and digital marketing unit and expected to work closely with other business unit leadership. 
  • Recruits, hires, trains and develops the team. 
  • Sets a positive tone and high standards in terms of work ethic, culture, expectations, and business ethics by operating from a positive position of leadership. 
  • Leads business to ensure market penetration and analyses the market dynamics and sets goals to ensure that sales plans are achieved or exceeded. 
  • Manages operational expenses and program funding and does not exceed the spending budget.
  •  Lead new market launch strategy for domestic markets. 
  • Ensures that the team members perform and operate within regulatory guidelines in all aspects of promotion, program implementation, and product compliance 
  • Ensures responsible organization is trained and prepared to maximize business/sales potential, and that the solutions message is crisp, clear, and consistently delivered with high impact. 
  • Develops internal and external clients’ relationships to successfully drive Horizon’s business objectives. 
  • Continually educates self and team on market potential, new trends and market risks and solutions knowledge. 
  • Represent the organization at local, regional, and national events and conferences. 
  • Assesses competitive threats and takes appropriate action. 
  • Maintains control of workflow and ensures successful implementation of all plans and achieving all financial targets. 
  • Demonstrates a tolerance for stress and the ability to make decisions quickly and assume risk in the face of uncertainty. 
  • Evolve our community partnership strategy based upon national CSR strategy 
  • Represent the organization at international events and conferences

Job Requirements

• BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field 

• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role 

• Must have minimum 15 years of experience in Business Development field.

 • Strong communication, planning & strategic skills. 

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task. 

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Very good in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
