Job Description

  • Responsible for Perform and supervise monthly payroll operations after implementing attendance policy.
  • Record Payroll Transactions in Financial on a monthly closing and reconcile monthly bank statements.
  • Supervising resignations, termination and end of work relationship procedures.
  • Enters payroll transactions and related data, completes appropriate forms to adjust salary/bank accounts and any updates that may affect payroll.
  • Calculate bonuses, allowances and commissions for all the company staff.
  • Ensure salaries and income tax comply with regulations.
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions.  
  • Supervise and develop Personnel files and documents according to Egyptian labor law and the company standards
  • Supervise the record of staff information, such as hires, transfers, promotions, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records and database.
  • Responsible for preparing medical insurance file, issue cards, follow up invoices and amounts due for payments, follow up on periodic cases for the company staff, and all related to medical insurance.
  • Maintain accurate database on the HRIS.
  • Supervise and revise all governmental procedures (form (1), form (2), form (6), etc.) and employees’ contracts are established, signed and submitted according to a standard time table.
  • Responsible for preparing temporary employees’ salaries and make the bank file transfer.
  • Conduct annual performance appraisal for his direct reports.
  • Prepare loans file for the company staff and follow related deductions from salaries

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in which 3 years in same position.
  • Experience in Construction/Contracting industry is a MUST
  • Preferred to have HR certificate/diploma
  • Excellent in MS office - Attention to details.
