Job Description

we are currently searching for a dedicated and highly skilled HR Generalist Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our HR operations and providing support to our global workforce. join us and make a significant impact on our organization.


Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee development, career planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in the HRIS system.
• Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on various HR topics and policies.
• Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational culture, talent development, and employee retention initiatives.

Job Requirements

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in the localization industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
• Solid understanding of employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Professional HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred but not required.
