Job Description
- Develop construction schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure adequate resource availability and efficient workflow.
- Optimize resource allocation and scheduling based on project requirements and constraints.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may affect project timelines and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address potential delays to ensure the project stays on schedule.
- Collaborate with the finance team to integrate project schedules with budget estimates and financial forecasts.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to verify adherence to schedules and address any on-site challenges.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
- Minimum3 years of experience in construction planning, project management.
- Proven work experience as a Demand Planner or a similar role
- Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
