Job Description
- Ensuring the integrity of import documentation
- Timely preparation of import documentation for all air and/or sea shipment requirements
- Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicate to all relevant departments
- Track shipments across different channels.
- Develop weekly tracking reports and outline/schedule for all open orders.
- Comply with all Applicable Laws and regulations related to Health and Safety Rules
- Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and stakeholders, keeping company information private & confidential.
- responsible for achieving the company`s objectives, and maintaining a professional and tidy appearance.
- Monitor expenses to ensure that they are aligned with the budget and are properly allocated through reviewing discrepancy analyses, as well as ensure that accruals are properly maintained to improve utilization and ensure that payments to suppliers are made on a timely basis.
- Track and report supplemental logistics expenses not captured by traditional methods.
- Research, track, and coordinate the resolution of shipping problems with vendors in a timely and cost-effective manner to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3-5 Years of experience in Logistics.
- Experience in the Automotive industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
