Job Description
- Understands and supports the business direction and the role that HR plays within these objectives
- Responsible for implementing the company strategy relating to HR throughout their assigned organizational area including: Talent Acquisition; understand current staffing gaps and future needs and effectively partner with the Talent Acquisition team to address these needs
- Compensation and Benefits; Be fluent in articulating the value of the entire compensation and benefits package; appropriately influence managers to use reward mechanisms to enhance individual and collective performance; partner effectively with compensation and benefit specialists to develop and deliver solutions
- Performance management; enable managers to use the full range of performance management tools to achieve high performance
- People Development; Coach manages and teams for high performance and to develop their capability for the future
- Build the organization; Develop organizational principles and designs for future needs
- Promote employee relations; Understand and execute the current company policies
- Use technology and data; Know and execute the HR processes, technologies and tools and use metrics to analyze people issues and trends
- Change management; partner early with clients to anticipate potential changes and effectively lead change processes.
- Uses information from a variety of sources to identify the emerging issues
- Mobilizes teams/projects to address key issues
- Delivers the people/organization solution whilst also being aware of the broader consequences for the business
- Contributes to the Business Partnering Leadership Team and the development and execution of the HR calendar
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible HR experience.
- Experience in talent acquisition, staffing and selection, employment on boarding, compensation, training and development, talent management and succession planning, and retention.
- Experience of change management and employee needs and engagement.
- Successful delivery of strategic and operational plans within a therapeutic or business area.
- Demonstrated experience in working within cross-functional business units essential.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to successfully lead through ambiguity.
- Successful experience leading change transformation.
- Demonstrated Learning Agility.

- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience of working in the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
