Job Description
- To develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Create, coordinate and plan digital marketing budget
- Create, implement and manage Adwords PPC and display campaigns and strategies.
- Create and manage Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin Ads.
- Create, implement and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze marketing programs and adjust strategy/tactics to increase effectiveness.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Evaluate campaign and program effectiveness by establishing methods to improve tracking, analysis and reporting of marketing data.
- Create reports with analysis of performance of campaigns along with recommendations for improvements
- Be a hands-on team player and expect a variety of duties and projects as needs arise.
- Continually explore new digital and innovation developments to find ways to more effectively communicate and meet business objectives
- Commitment to personal development, sharing best practices, and building competencies across team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Prefer graduate from AUC or GUC or MIU. Or similar
- Clear understanding of digital advertising and ppc advertising
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes with SEO and major search engines.
- Expert in digital strategies including implementation, management, analysis and optimization in order to drive qualified leads to the Sales team
- Advanced knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and Web Analytics
- Ability to use testing methodologies in order to optimize digital campaigns
- A deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ability to implement them
- Established record of delivering effective strategies resulting in increased traffic and conversion
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Present new and creative growth strategies
- Track, measure and report on our cross-functional initiatives via online analytics
- Ability to quickly understand, isolate and resolve issues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic culture
- Excellent English language level both spoken and written, Other languages are a plus.
- Highly motivated and results oriented
- Strong communication skills.
- Good copywriting and grammar skills essential
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
