Job Description
- Coordinate Recruitment & Selection Activity.
- Monitoring & Evaluate Activity /Achievement of Work Program and Analyze Problem to solved.
- Arranging and Controlling Recruitment Strategy & Program.
- Be an Interviewer and coordinate with User/Dept.
- Head for Interview Candidate.
- Ensure that fulfillment process of Job Description, Man Power Planning and Organization Structure are available and Controlling that process.
- Ensure that Fulfillment of Vacant Position in accordance with the time line
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in related field
- Proactive, full of initiatives, and high integrity
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members.
- Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills.
