Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should
have solid experience managing networks, hardware/software support, and printers, as well as
strong capabilities in ERP implementation, cloud & local servers, and data backup systems. The
candidate must be proactive in identifying and resolving issues, and committed to ensuring the
security and integrity of all company devices and systems. This role is critical to supporting our
ongoing digital transformation and daily IT operations.
- Manage and maintain the company network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers).
- Handle hardware and software support for all employee laptops and desktops.
- Ensure smooth operation and connectivity of printers and shared devices.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's ERP system (e.g., Odoo or
equivalent). - Configure, monitor, and maintain local servers and cloud-based servers.
- Implement and monitor effective data backup and recovery solutions.
- Provide regular system updates, documentation, and technical reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with external vendors or ERP providers as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo or similar platforms).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, server management, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with data backup and recovery solutions.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP implementation projects.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- IT certifications (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
