Job Description
HR Generalist is needed for digital services and innovative technology solutions company.
Located in Zayed.
- Responsible for HR functions; "Recruitment, Performance management, Personnel, OD, training & development".
- Responsible for all recruitment cycles, starting from receiving the request from the owner, publishing ads, screening C.Vs and conducting the first and the exit interviews.
- Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Collect and analyze data on the capability and learning needs of the organization.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy.
- Responsible for all personnel cycles including Insurance, taxes, payroll, etc.
- Writing job descriptions.
- Analyzing job duties.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Resources policies.
- Insure compliance with labor regulations.
- Prepare for monthly payroll records taking into consideration all actions that impact payrolls such as overtime, absenteeism, vacations, and other payroll effects.
- Handles all related staff social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree
- HR Certificate is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Excellent Microsoft office capabilities
Skills:
- Presentable, Cheerful communication skills.
- Good Knowledge about Egyptian labor law.
- Excellent people management skill.
