Main Duties:
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Getting the maximum benefits from our sources (Career page – LinkedIn page – Facebook page – Wuzzuf account) to attract Applicants and Build a strong database.
- Prepare Reports for the current situation for every recruitment requests to the managing Director and HR Director.
- Built the strong database with the gray collars applicants (sales – drivers ) to be ready for the hiring.
- visit all of our branches and Strengthen relations with the branches managers.
- Preparation and processing of other staffing needs based on the nature of the employer.

- Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them.

Job Requirements
- Applicants must have Commercial industry experience.
- B.Sc Degree.
- HR Diploma is a plus.
- Should have more than 10 years experience in Recruitment for Commercial sector.
- Solid FMCG background is a must.
- Preferably experience in Dairy products.
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
- Excellent user of MS office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word, and preferable HR database competence.
- Proven written and oral and written communication in English, Arabic, French is preferable.
