Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Getting the maximum benefits from our sources (Career page – LinkedIn page – Facebook page – Wuzzuf account) to attract Applicants and Build a strong database.
  • Prepare Reports for the current situation for every recruitment requests to the managing Director and HR Director.
  • Built the strong database with the gray collars applicants (sales – drivers ) to be ready for the hiring.
  • visit all of our branches and Strengthen relations with the branches managers.
  • Preparation and processing of other staffing needs based on the nature of the employer.
  • training of HR Team (interviewing skills , techniques and rules in the consulting choices Department).
  • Measures the performance of HR Recruiters and provides feedback to them.
  • Writing job ads in addition to determining how and where will be announced this function as a reference.
  • Analyzes the recruitment software and implements changes and improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Applicants must have Commercial industry experience.
  • B.Sc Degree.
  • HR Diploma is a plus.
  • Should have more than 10 years experience in Recruitment for Commercial sector.
  • Solid FMCG background is a must.
  • Preferably experience in Dairy products.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc).
  • Excellent user of MS office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word, and preferable HR database competence.
  • Proven written and oral and written communication in English, Arabic, French is preferable.
