Job Description
- Supporting the sales team by providing technical consultancy services to end customer.
- Responsible for ordering products from distributors /Vendors and guaranteeing the deliveries in their proper time.
- Sending monthly funnel sheets to vendors and distributors.
- Responsible for staying on competitive analysis and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors.
- Identifying new items and eliminating obsolete ones on the company’s Financial Application System (GP).
- Stay updated with latest vendor’s technology by passing vendor’s latest webinars, online trainings and achieve related certificates.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Achieves assigned productivity and profitability quotas and targets.
- Works closely and collaboratively with Sales Team.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer’s requirements and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and company.
- Increasing business development for getting more accurate data for deals.
- Orient new hires with the latest technologies and sales keys techniques.
- Communicating with related vendor explaining our value added and gaining project price preference to achieve company goals.
- Provide activities with sales account managers, conducting customer meetings, designing optimized solution that need customer perception ending up with agreed configurations.
- Responsible for responding to technical questionnaires.
- Capable of introducing business plans (Power Point) for vendors in terms of developing and enhancing business.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same position
- Experience in IT field is preferable
- Good communication skills
- BSC. in engineering or any relevant degree from any reputable university
- Presentable, Time Management and self confidence.
