Job Description
We are seeking a driven and technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, and exceeding sales targets for fire alarm systems and other low-current systems.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients within the Egyptian market.
- Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct technical presentations to effectively communicate the features and benefits of FireTech's fire alarm and low-current systems.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations to clients.
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure technical feasibility of projects.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Manage and update customer relationship records (CRM).
- Attend industry events and trade shows to generate leads.
- Provide pre-sales technical support and product education to clients.
- Offer after-sales technical support to maintain customer satisfaction.

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales of fire alarm systems and/or other low-current systems (CCTV, access control, etc.)
- Strong understanding of fire safety codes and regulations in Egypt.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is a must.
- Valid Egyptian driver's license preferred.
