Job Description
- Ensure the smooth running of the GM office on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in the management and organization of the GM calendar by scheduling appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in screening calls, emails and visitors.
- Manage Travel arrangements
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
- Proficiency in appointment scheduling.
