Job Description

  • Ensure the smooth running of the GM office on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist in the management and organization of the GM calendar by scheduling appointments, and meetings.
  • Assist in screening calls, emails and visitors.
  • Manage Travel arrangements
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems

Job Requirements

  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
