This is a full-time on-site Construction Projects Manager role, located in Cairo. The Construction Projects Manager will oversee project coordination, process and procedures, budgeting, construction management, and project management to ensure the construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include supervising the project team, suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors, and ensuring that all work complies with the latest building codes and regulations.
You will be responsible for successful project scope, schedule, budget, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. You will develop, execute, and ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all project reporting and other work that supports the project.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for achieving the project’s objectives and your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the Projects Department, and ensure each project is well managed by the Project Managers/Engineers and sub-contractors.
- Ensure Project Managers are quoting effectively for the benefit of company profit.
- Ensure the Project Team is well managed and suitably analyzed to ensure continued good practice.
- Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the projects.
- Assist and advise Project Managers where required.
- Managing strategic relationships with projects and consultants.
- Ensuring that the project management plan aligns with the organization's overall strategic plan.
- Evaluating and analyzing work planned, performed, and deliverables.
- Create, maintain, and adhere to communications plans and schedules.
- Communicate predictably and consistently.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil/architecture engineering.
- Experience form 10 + years
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus .
- Experience in large-scale Residential, commercial & Administrative projects is a Must.
- Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the construction field.
- Ability to use the main MS Office applications, Primavera, and CAD program.
- Strategic planning, strong reporting, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated high leadership and communication skills.
- Very good Negotiation Skills.
