We are looking for a dedicated and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Alexandria. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence at our Alexandria office with a flexible work-from-home component. The position is full-time and shift-based.

Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for users (hardware/software/network).
* Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely manner.
* Support and manage accounting and ERP software systems.
* Set up and maintain IT equipment and systems.
* Collaborate with internal departments to support operations.
* Maintain proper documentation and IT logs.
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support.
* Hands-on experience with accounting or ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.).
* Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues.
* Knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and remote support tools.
* Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
* IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP) are a plus.
