Job Description

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the human resource, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Handle employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment.
  • Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
  • Leading recruiting activities by supervising all stages of the hiring process, including posting job openings, reviewing and screening applications, conducting interviews, and on boarding new employees.
  • Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed.
  • Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates\Documenting/Recording Information and Resolving Conflicts and Negotiating.
  • Review with the HR Specialist the records for the monthly attendance & calculate the absence hours, punishment days, sick leaves and overtime hours.
  • Updating the payroll sheet with the previous data by adding the starters and removing the leavers and quit employees
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Plan, manage and follow up the PR arrangements for VIP visits ensuring successful events within approved budget.
  • Coordinate with health and safety team to Investigate and report any accident that may occur in any section.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, appraising job results
  • Manage employee relations by working with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed, assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
  • Ensure complying with the labor law and company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • MALES ONLY 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant study.
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in the HR field.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical companies is preferred.
  • Industrial Experience is a MUST
  • HR diploma is a Must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
