Job Description
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommends solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with main key accounts contractors & applicators and visit them regularly
- Exercise professional expertise on product and technical knowledge to ensure trust from specifiers.
- Monitor projects follow-up until award stage.
- Carry out regular site inspections to ensure customers are using Novo products as per specification.
- Prompt response to customer complaints as well as product inquiries Contribute to compile and is responsible for implementing required action plans to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
- Identify followed approval and purchasing process/workflow.
- Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policy and negotiate these quotations with concerned parties.
- Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain at all times a good and updated knowledge about the market including competitors activities, key projects, important contractors, consultants, etc.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid Sales Experience in B2B environment
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX).
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability, to communicate in Arabic.
- Excellent negotiations skills.
- Ability to create short term sales results and long term customer relationships.
- Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
