Job Description

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. 
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommends solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with main key accounts contractors & applicators and visit them regularly
  • Exercise professional expertise on product and technical knowledge to ensure trust from specifiers.
  • Monitor projects follow-up until award stage.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure customers are using Novo products as per specification.
  • Prompt response to customer complaints as well as product inquiries Contribute to compile and is responsible for implementing required action plans to achieve the monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
  • Identify followed approval and purchasing process/workflow.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policy and negotiate these quotations with concerned parties.
  • Ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain at all times a good and updated knowledge about the market including competitors activities, key projects, important contractors, consultants, etc.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Solid Sales Experience in B2B environment
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, CRM, Teams and Dynamic AX).
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, as well as the ability, to communicate in Arabic.
  • Excellent negotiations skills.
  • Ability to create short term sales results and long term customer relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Experince 2-4 years in the construction chemical field as Sales
