Job Description
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Book travel and accommodations

- Address employees administrative queries
- Provide customer service as first point of contact
- Tracking & reporting on KPI Metrics
- Support in creating employee reviews based on KPI’s
- Track and report accurate company wide scorecard across departments
- Report on any Kpis / scorecard issues
- Update and maintain employee company profiles
- Attend meetings and accurately transcribe discussions, decisions, and action items.
- Take comprehensive and detailed notes during meetings and ensure timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
- Provide support in project coordination by organizing and maintaining project
- Assist in managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
- Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
- Knowledge of Google Sheets / Excel / Microsoft office softwares
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in note-taking and fast typing speed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with virtual communication platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
