Job Description
- Support the development and management of Silicon21 Partners Program – SP2 guides that details requirements, terms and conditions and benefits such as Rebate, Incentives, MDF, Stars Club Competition, Payments Redemptions, etc.
- Responsible for all Silicon21 Partners Program – SP2 and SP2 CONNECT Portal business operations, reports, requests, analysis, etc…
- Support Silicon21 Partners Program – SP2 enrolled partners to maximize their benefits and profitability from Silicon21 through regular business meetings.
- Support communications to the channel partners via SP2 CONNECT Portal, Newsletters, Email and Social Channels.
- Prepare and provide ready-made onboarding plans for new focused partners through Silicon21 Partners Program – SP2.
- Grab non-loyal partners through Silicon21 Partners Program – SP2 (Loyalty Rewards Program).
- Develop new revenue streams practice through focused partners / channels (E-Commerce, Managed Services, etc….).
- Work closely with non-active partners to reactivate, identify potential partners needs and interests and effectively communicate benefits and opportunities available to meet their needs and interests.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Present focused business areas / portfolio to channel partners and enhance existing relationships.
- Support partners to understand Vendors’ Promotions, Programs and Incentives through periodical workshops.
- Identify and communicate with decision makers within partner organization.
- Plan joint activities with focused partners and follow up with marketing to ensure smooth execution.
- Develop activities to generate new leads, communicate with partners and follow-up to turn these efforts into increased business.
- Align with marketing to develop Silicon21 Puzzle Press – Monthly Newsletter and publish channel activities to partners.
- Work cross functionally with Product Managers, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Presales teams to secure, operationalize and manage all the committed benefits to the partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business or related field.
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience preferred in IT field.
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective & existing internal and external customers and partners.
- Excellent computer skills, specific proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and an aptitude to learn new applications are required.
