Job Description
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install and manage network printers.
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Respond to queries either in person or over the phone or via remote support.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Setup new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with Microsoft Outlook issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- 2 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English written and spoken.
