Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Specialist to join the SI-Vision team. This role is essential in managing our company's social media presence and internal communication channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for social media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for fostering a positive online community and enhancing internal communications to keep our employees connected and informed.

DUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (DTR):

           1. Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform to attract and retain followers.
  • Design visually appealing posts (graphics, images, videos).
  • Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Create and manage marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, promotional content).
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

    2. Internal Communication Website Management
     
  • Oversee the company's internal communication website, ensuring it is user-friendly and consistently updated with relevant content.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather and publish news, announcements, and updates.
  • Ensure the website content aligns with the company's strategic goals and corporate culture.
  • Track and analyze website analytics to measure engagement and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Knowledge
  • Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Years of Experience
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Other Knowledge/ Studies
  • Proven track record in the creation/management of Social Media campaigns

  • Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
