Job Description
- Create work orders to the Technical staff.
- Make sure to receive the signed service reports from MIS staff and file them in the client's file.
- Complete the required registrations of MIS technical staff for trainings and certifications.
- First line support for MIS’s customers.
- Send the Company Management the daily schedule of the technical staff.
- Coordinate between the technical department and other departments in the company including Finance & Administration.
- Send complete monthly technical staff visits reports to the Finance Department and HR.
- Handing all request from clients (manual and automated).
- Assemble, draft, edit, and review reports, customer quotes, and technical documents.
- Installs and maintains company’s customers by phone through Internet.
- Trains and supports MIS employees on phones and computers.
- Orders computer hardware and software and telephone equipment.
- Deals with internal technical support vendors.
- Maintains operations, which include hardware and software.
- Orders and distributes supplies to back up purchasing coordinator.
- Assists in maintaining office equipment.
Job Requirements
- Giza resident (Mohandessin, Haram,October,Sheikh Zayed).
- Suitable university Graduate, IT background is an asset.
- Efficient, adaptable, organizer with excellent administrative abilities.
- Excellent communication, customer service and client management skills.
- Highly focused, proactive, initiative and self-motivated.
- Fluency of English language (spoken & written).
- Excellent Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet surfing & Email).
- Residence of Heliopolis, Nasr city or surrounding areas preferred Excellent use of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
