Asten College is a Microsoft digital transformation school that offers the British curriculum and is strategically located in Taj City, New Cairo.

Job Description 

• Manage online coordinator and online class enrollments to meet student population and attrition budget forecasts.
• Maintain academic and student services oversight.
• Transition current students and recent graduates into engaged alumni.
• Sorts and distributes mail; maintains files, office machines and supplies; processes purchase requests, personal services contracts, invoices and travel forms; generates and distributes reports; and processes staff leave reports.
• Maintains confidentiality to sensitive information and keeps account of student complaints, disciplinary records, program assessment documents and other student inquiry contacts.
• Maintains sensitivity, understanding and respect for a diverse academic environment, inclusive of students, faculty and staff of varying social, economic, ideological and ethnic backgrounds.
• Maintains accurate and current budget information for the Student Affairs division and conducts the monthly reconciliation of various Student Affairs budgets with the business office.
