Job Description

We are looking for a HR Supervisor to take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning and development. To perform well in this role you should have experience as a HR Supervisor, or other senior roles in the HR team, and knowledge around all legal requirements in this role.

  • Responsible for annual manpower plan of the company.  
  • Maintains the company's grading structure, by regularly reviewing the job descriptions ensuring appropriate change of scope (if any), job weights and internal equity, in accordance to the corresponding compensation ranges and provided benefits.
  • Ensures the consolidation of the performance appraisal forms, conducts analysis and submits to General Manager with providing recommendation to incorporate in overall company performance presentation to top management.
  • Participates in yearly or bi-yearly market salary surveys and recommends revisions to company compensation plan, reflecting "inflation rates" and "cost of living allowances", and accordingly calculates the cost of salaries ensuring an appropriate % versus company profitability.
  • Executes all related HR transactions concerning promotions and salary increases and proceeds with all the internal documentation in that regards with the concerned departments.
  • Participates in qualifying the medical and/or life insurance providers and in directing the organization's Benefits Program.
  • Reviews the training plans in accordance to the outcomes of the yearly Performance Management results and accordingly prepares the yearly training plan.
  • Develops clear policies and ensures policy awareness. 
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.8. Carries out necessary administrative duties.
  • Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
