Job Description

  • Work closely with all departments to draft and coordinate approval of web and social media content, including monthly editorial calendar meeting.
  • Manage the execution of social media campaigns and day-to-day activities on current platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Serve as company expert for social media tools, trends, and applications.
  • Manage all related SEO and SEM tasks , improvements and plans
  • Manage .info web master tools and pass the needed actions to the development team to handle
  • Develop benchmarks for measuring the impact of digital and social media programs, and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results.
  • Regularly review competitive landscape of digital and social content and provide senior marketing team with insights and strategy recommendations.
  • Conduct social listening research and provide insight into wants and needs of the company’s various audiences.
  • Assist in the development of graphic, video and/or animated content for use on web and in social media.
  • Write and edit content for corporate website, newsletters, and digital/social media campaigns
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance with appropriate approval for social media and web communications by working with regulatory, clinical, customer support, corporate relations, and executive teams, as well as legal counsel.
  • Create, track, and maintain a digital and social media strategy that maps to a broader content and communications strategy including trade shows, product launches, community events, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with other department efforts with social media such as brand recognition and recruiting.
  • Support product launch activities as needed.
  • Build relationships with partner organizations for web and social media activities.
  • Confirm completion of required training plan before assuming job responsibilities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, including Privacy/HIPAA, and other legal and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

  • 2 years relevant industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, Google , LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Google Adwords.
  • Running social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Use of Google Analytics; Google Analytics IQ Certiification is a plus
  • Running Adwords campaigns; Adwords Certification is a plus
  • Use of graphics and video editing tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of heat map tools is a plus
  • Excellent English or Arabic writing skills is a plus
