Job Description
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will involve a combination of design, content creation, media buying, and utilizing visual applications to support our marketing initiatives.
Position Overview
The Senior Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies, driving content creation, executing media buying campaigns, and utilizing design and visual tools to enhance brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent creative skills, and the ability to execute end-to-end marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design and Visual Content Creation:
- Create visually engaging graphics, videos, and digital content using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), Canva, and other visual apps.
- Design marketing materials including social media posts, banner ads, brochures, email templates, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to maintain consistent brand identity across all visual assets.
- Stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing materials.
2. Content Writing & Strategy:
- Develop high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimized written content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and ad copy.
- Write compelling product descriptions, landing pages, and sales copy to drive customer engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with the overall marketing and brand strategy.
3. Media Buying & Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize media buying campaigns across digital channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization based on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and platforms to ensure effective use of media buying tactics.
4. Visual App Utilization:
- Use design and video editing apps (such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, and Figma) to produce visual content that enhances user experience and marketing engagement.
- Create design templates and assets for consistent visual branding in social media posts, email marketing, and ad creatives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual content for campaigns.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, content, and media buys using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
- Continuously track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign effectiveness, recommending improvements.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation, design, media buying, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.
- Strong experience with content writing, SEO principles, and social media management.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and media buying, particularly on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and campaign tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in video editing and motion graphics creation.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- Certifications in digital marketing or media buying (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.).
