Job Description
- Support BIM implementation, authoring and coordination in all phases of the project.
- Assist in model navigation at design review meetings.
- Perform simulations and create clash reports and resolution at weekly design review sessions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts in 3D visual models.
- Interpret design intent sketches provided by the project engineers
- Lead model federation and design resolution activities, including assisting in model navigation and leading the team during model-based design review meetings
- Comply with company and project-specific modelling and drawing standards
- lead the formal drawing submission process.
- Assist with BIM model coordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Mechanical & Electrical
- Develop tools and processes to improve efficiency of project delivery
- Assist in developing BIM execution plans for the projects we are working on
- Ensure that technical engineers follow right strategy to achieve the scope of work
- Coordinate & follow-up with the technical office of each project.
Job Requirements
- 11+ years of Proven work experience in the same role
- BSc. of Civil Engineering is a must
- Experience in a construction company is a plus
- Proficient in the use of Rivet, Sap2000, Etabs
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
