Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions from multiple channels including emails, Ticketing System, What’s App for Business, phone calls.
- Answer customer inquiries about product features, benefits, and general inquiries.
- Keep track of all customer inquiries and follow-up to make sure that all questions are answered and requests met.
- Work closely with marketing, keep updated with marketing activities, lead generation and handling.
- Walk customers through app flow and process throughout the phases of customer journey.
- Handle requests, complaints, provide feedback and solutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree.
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Knowledge of insurance is a plus.
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
- Active listener with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
