Job Description
- Handling client money and rent payments.
- Maintenance queries and obtaining quotes and passing them to our client for approval.
- Update notes on the system to ensure they are accurate at all times.
- Complete property Compliance - Ensuring property meets UK legislation and arranging specialists accordingly
- Arranging with suppliers and following up with maintenance work.
- Liaising with tenants to book suitable times for engineers to visit (Compliance)
- Send statements to the Client with payments to be made.
- Conduct a market study for current market rates for potential renewals
- Facilitate tenancy renewals, and deposit protection and ensure tenants + Landlords have access to required documents.
- Forward landlord emails to the client unless previously agreed by our client.
- Liase with a Salesperson in the UK and collect/arrange the documents and prepare for management of our client.
- Update software with arrears information for relevant parties to follow up on.
- Maintain dashboard to ensure no event is overdue and find ways to improve current methodology i.e templates.
- Train new members of the property management division effectively and answer any queries.
- Handle any tasks assigned by the Manager.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience in property management, customer service, insurance, or banking sectors is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Strong client-handling skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in workflow tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage time efficiently.
