Maintenance queries and obtaining quotes and passing them to our client for approval.
Update notes on the system to ensure they are accurate at all times.
Complete property Compliance - Ensuring property meets UK legislation and arranging specialists accordingly
Arranging with suppliers and following up with maintenance work.
Liaising with tenants to book suitable times for engineers to visit (Compliance)
Send statements to the Client with payments to be made.
Conduct a market study for current market rates for potential renewals
Facilitate tenancy renewals, and deposit protection and ensure tenants + Landlords have access to required documents.
Forward landlord emails to the client unless previously agreed by our client.
Liase with a Salesperson in the UK and collect/arrange the documents and prepare for management of our client.
Update software with arrears information for relevant parties to follow up on.
Maintain dashboard to ensure no event is overdue and find ways to improve current methodology i.e templates.
Train new members of the property management division effectively and answer any queries.
Handle any tasks assigned by the Manager.
