Job Description

  • Responsible for all monthly time attendance reports and consolidations
  • Maintain proper communication with all governmental associations (social insurance offices, labor office, & medical insurance authority) and ensure compliance with governmental and Egyptian labor law standards
  • Make sure that all government employees' records are up to date
  • Complete the company’s personnel files
  • Review and manage employee  benefits including social insurance (form1,2,6)
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
  • Handle medical insurance approvals requests, claims of reimbursement and finalize medical insurance invoices job requirements
  • Administer health and life insurance programs
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
  • Responsible for all personnel monthly reports
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-4 Years of Experience
  • Very Good in English
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem-solving
