Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Manage social media channels: Create, manage, and grow the company’s presence across social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Paid advertising management: Develop and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Content creation: Collaborate with designers and content creators to generate engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, written content).
  • SEO and SEM strategies: Develop and implement effective search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Analyze data and optimize performance: Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Report on performance: Provide performance reports and assessments of campaigns, identifying trends and insights to optimize spending and performance.
  • Stay updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Requirements

 

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing .
  • Technical skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), and email marketing software.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Certifications (preferred): Google Ads Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
