Job Description
The Field and Promotional Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing on-the-ground promotional and marketing activities for the charitable organization. The goal is to raise awareness of the organization’s mission, promote its headquarters and projects, and enhance community engagement and support. This role involves coordinating and implementing field campaigns, distributing promotional materials, and engaging directly with the public to create a positive image of the organization and its charitable products.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute field promotional campaigns at targeted locations (markets, events, exhibitions, schools, local communities).
Professionally and attractively promote the organization's projects and products (such as handicrafts, charitable items, or services).
Distribute promotional materials (brochures, flyers, samples, informational items).
Engage directly with the public and respond to inquiries about the organization and its mission.
Collect audience feedback and insights, and submit regular reports to management.
Coordinate promotional events and activities in collaboration with the public relations or events team.
Represent the organization positively at community events and external visits.
Support fundraising efforts or direct product sales when required during events.
Document field campaigns through photos or written reports, and share them with the media team.
Maintain promotional materials and ensure their efficient and organized use.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of experience in field or promotional marketing (preferably in the non-profit sector).
Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and deliver effective on-site presentations.
Energetic and outgoing personality with the ability to work under field-related pressure.
Flexibility to travel and work at various times depending on event schedules.
