Job Description
- Work on the marketing plan and plan marketing activities and campaigns to promote the organization’s vision, mission and programs.
- The Marketing Manager is responsible for collecting cash and in-kind donations for the organization’s programs and collecting fixed donations on a monthly basis
- Manage the marketing team to raise consistent donations and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support and direction.
- Promoting a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
- Develop a plan for marketing and promoting the organization’s activities in factories, companies, stores, banks, and properties that have potential donors.
- Developing monthly marketing plans for the organization’s activities in important events.
- Coordinating important and necessary visits to disseminate the services provided by the organization.
- Submit a weekly report to the Marketing and Sales Manager to show what has been accomplished.
- Conduct market research to identify potential donors and partners.
- Collecting data for potential donors.
- Planning and implementing marketing events, including conferences, workshops and fundraising events.
- Conduct field visits to potential donors to promote the organization’s vision, activities and programs.
Job Requirements
- Suitable high qualificationPreferably in marketing

- 4 years of experience - experience working as a marketing manager or sales manager for at
- least 4 years preferably in Charity Foundation
