Job Description
Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
· Maintaining the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and workstations.
· Investigating user problems, identifying their source, determining possible solutions, testing and implementing solutions.
· Installing, configuring, and maintaining personal computers, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment, devices, and systems; adds or upgrades and configures.
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues
· Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
· Maintaining and updating technical & non-technical documentation regularly.
Job Requirements
4-8 Years of experience in IT Support Services and IT knowledge.
· Experience in Networking Knowledge (Switching & Routing)
. Experience with Sophos XG and home edition.
· Basic Knowledge of ERP systems.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our information systems.
· Troubleshoot software and hardware issues with a hands-on approach.
· Configuring, Managing & troubleshooting Windows standard domain services, including Active Directory, Domain Controller, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Hyper-V & Print.
· Hands-on experience in software and hardware troubleshooting.
· Good communication skills in English.

· Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
