Job Description
Retention agents are responsible for ensuring clients stick with their contracted services. They receive calls from customers who want to close their Accounts, resolve any issues that may have arisen, and encourage them to continue using the service as long as possible.
Salary of 7400 EGP/Month, With a 15% increase as cost-of-living allowance after 3 Months of hiring
