Job Description
The Production Manager has extensive experience in the production of Sterile Surgical Gowns and Drape Packs. He is fully responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high quality standards, and achieving production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Scheduling: Developing and implementing production schedules to optimize resource utilization and meet customer requirements.
Following up on the delivery of finished products within the agreed period.
Following up that the product is within the specifications required by the customer and agreed upon with the company management.
Developing a monthly production plan and updating it weekly.
Inventory Management: Managing inventory levels to reduce stock-outs and eliminate surpluses, while improving storage and logistics operations.
Team Leadership: Leading and directing the production team, providing guidance, training and performance evaluation.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to continuously improve processes and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Cost Control: Monitor production costs and look for ways to reduce expenses while maintaining quality.
Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any related field.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in production management, preferably in the medical industry or medical supplies factories.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage and direct teams.
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance methodologies
