Strategic Planning &Execution
Lead the development of creative and digital strategies in integrated marketing campaigns, Including events and activations.
Oversee the end-to-end project management of events, from concept creation through execution and post-event reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, digital)to ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
Team leadership and Development
Manage and mentor account managers and executives, ensuring they are aligned with clients goals and agency standards .
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging professional growth and skill development
Financial Management of clients accounts, ensuring budgets, timelines and resources
Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
Business Development identifies and pursues new business opportunities within existing client accounts and new potential clients.
Prepare and present proposals and pitches to introduce new business for the agency
Stay updated on industry trends, client industry developments, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

5-7 years of experience in account management, preferably within an advertising agency, with a focus on events and digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing large scale accounts and leading integrated marketing campaigns .
Strong knowledge of event management
Exceptional client-facing and communication skills with a strategic and creative mindset
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor and inspire teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask
