Job Description
- Create detailed project timelines using project management software, regularly update the schedules based on actual project progress and changes and communicate project schedules to all relevant project teams and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress against schedule and make adjustments as needed and gather data, information, and requirements from various departments to inform project scheduling
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators
- Identify, analyze, and document delays, their root causes, and potential impacts and recommend corrective actions and strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Provide regular, comprehensive reports on project status to management
- Keep detailed records of project changes, updates, and revisions and maintain a centralized project database for easy access and future reference
- Create dashboards for ongoing projects, including information on cash flow, project status, and concerns
- Prepare presentations with live project progress updates and photographs to share with management and consultant office.
- Compile comprehensive reports including Primavera schedules for all ongoing projects and deliver them to management and consultants
Job Requirements
- Civil Engineering Bachelor Degree
- 5-8 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the Construction and Industrial facilities projects
- Experience with Wastewater Treatment Plants is an advantage.
- Good command of English language ( verbal & written)
- Familiarity with FIDIC form of contracts.
- Ability to focus and meet deadlines
