Job Description
- Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, forecasts, and status updates to senior management and project teams.
- Lead the preparation of baseline schedules and ensure all project milestones are clearly defined and achievable.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop mitigation strategies to address potential scheduling conflicts or resource constraints.
- Collaborate with procurement, construction, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of project changes, variations, and claims for effective project control.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering..
- Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in project planning within Development, Construction, or related industries.
- Proven experience with planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and scheduling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
