- Media Planning and Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target demographics, media channels, and advertising opportunities.

- Determine media budgets and allocate resources effectively across different channels and campaigns.
- Media Buying and Negotiation:
- Execute media buys across multiple platforms, including digital, print, television, radio, and outdoor advertising.
- Negotiate media rates, terms, and contracts with vendors to maximize cost efficiencies and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor media buying trends, rates, and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors and advertising agencies.
- Campaign Execution and Optimization:
- Implement media campaigns in accordance with the agreed-upon media plans and strategies.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to make data-driven decisions for campaign adjustments and improvements.
- Utilize testing methodologies and A/B testing to optimize creative assets, messaging, and targeting.
- Budget Management and Reporting:
- Manage media budgets for campaigns and track expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Provide regular reports on media campaign performance, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of media campaigns.
- Present campaign results and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and marketing teams.
- Industry Knowledge and Innovation:
- Stay updated with industry best practices, emerging media trends, and new advertising technologies.
- Identify innovative media opportunities and strategies to drive campaign effectiveness and outperform competitors.
- Share industry insights and recommendations with team members and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a media buyer, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of media planning, buying, and negotiation across various channels.
- Proficiency in using media buying tools, platforms, and analytics software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and advertising technologies, including programmatic advertising.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
