Job Description:
As an Administrative and Project Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations across various departments. From managing administrative tasks to providing critical project support, you will drive internal operations and a client-facing project forward.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Management:
- Prepare bank transfers and manage accounting.
- Administration of taxes.
- Oversee creditor management and generate accurate reports.
- Administer contracts for employees, consultants, and other agreements.
Project Management:
- Monitor and track finances.
- Manage and analyse data on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Serve as a key liaison between customers and the onsite team.
- Oversee all sales operations, ensuring shipments are planned, documented, and compliant with permits and licenses.
Sales & Shipping:
- Coordinate the entire sales process from scheduling to preparing documentation such as packing lists, permits, and licenses.
- Review paperwork for accuracy prior to dispatch.
IT & Website Management:
- Manage Google G-Suite accounts and oversee the company’s website.
- Coordinate with specialists to resolve IT issues.
Project Support:
- Assist the Waste-to-Energy project, including maintaining data rooms and facilitating communication.
- Support hydrogen project development with data room management and administrative tasks.
General Support:
- Provide IT support and office supplies ordering and issued resolutions as needed.
Contract Details:
- Employment Duration: 6 months, with a 1-month trial period. Based on performance, a long-term contract may be offered.
- Work Location: Talaat Harb, Downtown Cairo (applicants must reside close to the office).
- Working Hours: 5 days per week (Sunday to Thursday), averaging 9 hours per day.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with proven ability to perform under pressure.
- Skills:
– Excellent organisational and administrative capabilities.
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
– Proficient in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
– Advanced IT, database, and document management skills (experience with Google Workspace preferred).
– Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
